老年缺血性中风病人生活质量及其影响因素调查研究

Elderly patients with ischemic stroke and its influencing factors quality of life research

目的：评价老年缺血性中风病人的生活质量，并对相关影响因素进行分析。方法：采用神经功能缺损评分量表（NIHSS）、功能独立量表（FIM）、生活质量调查量袁等对200例老年缺血性中风病人的生活质量进行评价。结果：躯体疼痛得分高于对照组，生活质量调查量表中的其他项目得分均明显低于健康对照组。除情感职能和躯体疼痛外，NIHSS与生活质量调查量表中各项呈现明显正相关；除躯体疼痛和精神健康外，FIM中的认知功能与生活质量调查量表各项呈明显正相关。结论：中风患者的生存质量普遍下降，影响老年中风病人生活质量的最重要因素是病人躯体功能障碍、日常生活活动能力和认知障碍。

Objective： To evaluate the elderly ischemic stroke patients quality of life, and related factors were analyzed. Methods, The neurological deficit scores Scale （NIHSS）, Functional Independence Measure （FIM）, Quality of Life Scale, 200 elderly patients with ischemic stroke patients to evalu- ate the quality of Iife. Results： The physical pain score was higher in the quality of life survey scale scores were significantly lower than other projects healthy control group. In addition to physical pain and emotional functions and outside, NIHSS scale and quality of life in the present investigation was a positive correlation; addition to physical pain and mental health outside, FIM cognitive function in the scale and quality of life of the survey was positively correlated. Conclusion： Stroke patients with general decline in quality of life, affecting quality of life of elderly stroke patients is the most important factor in patients with physical dysfunction, activities of daily living and cognitive impairment.
