摘要
广西是一个多民族地区,饮食文化遗产作为非物质文化遗产的重要组成部分,与这里悠久的民族文明一样深邃久远。广西典型的菜类、粉点类、茶类、酒类、酱类、食俗类等饮食文化遗产的资源态貌各具特点,体现了食源的广选性、食味的复合性、食俗的信仰性、食风的民族性等特征,应通过增强保护意识、建立管理体系、成立研究中心、加强人才培养等具体措施来保护饮食文化遗产。
Catering culture, as an essential part of non-material cultural heritage, is long-established just like the national civilization in the multi-national region of Guangxi.The typical Guangxi catering cultural heritage resources include vegetables, noodles, tea, wine, sauce and eating customs, each having its own characteristic, which reflect wide variety of choices in food sources, combination in taste, beliefs and ethnic features of eating customs.Accordingly,catering cultural heritage resources should be preserved through building up preservation awareness, establishing management system, setting up research centers and strengthening talents cultivation, etc.
