摘要
高职院校特色化办学道路的耦合设计模型兼备自主演化与理性设计的优点,能够最大限度地提高特色化办学的效率。其技术路线是:第一,在统筹环境和组织分析的基础上形成特色化办学意图;第二,经过价值判断形成明确的特色化办学主题;第三,组织各类要素,构建并耦合和则体系与谐则体系,形成实施特色化办学主题的运行和保障机制;第四,在适当时机评估特色化办学的绩效。
Coupling design model for distinctive school-running approach in vocational colleges features both independent evolution and rational design.It is capable of maximizing distinctive school-running efficiency. Its technical route can be described as follows:Firstly, develop intentions of distinctive school-running on the basis of environmental coordination and organizational analysis; Secondly, develop clear distinctive school-running theme through value judgment; Thirdly, construct and couple "Coordination Principle" and "Concord Principle" system, develop operation and safeguard mechanism for implementing distinctive school-running theme;Lastly,evaluate the performance of distinctive school-running at the appropriate times.
