摘要
公众科学素养水平低下已成为严重制约中国经济发展和社会进步的瓶颈之一。国务院发布了《全民科学素质行动计划纲要》,旨在提高公众素养,而未成年人是实施《纲要》的重中之重。要提高未成年人的科学素养,建设一支专业化素养高的中小学科学教师队伍尤为关键。中小学科学教师队伍存在种种问题,分析论证科学教师应具备科学素养、教育素养和人文素养。
Low level of public scientific literacy has become a serious constraint on the economic development and social progress of China.Aiming at increasing the public literacy,the State Council of PRC has issued National Action Plan for Scientific Literacy,of which the juveniles are especially emphasized in the execution.In order to increase the scientific literacy of all the juveniles,it is extremely important to constitute a certain number of science teachers of elementary and secondary schools,who have a high professional literacy themselves.Start from the various problems in the teaching staff of elementary and secondary schools,this thesis analyses and demonstrates the necessary qualities of both science,education and humanity of a qualified teacher.
