摘要
促进教师专业发展是提高大学英语教学质量的有效途径。作为一种学习理念和方法,行动学习在促进大学英语教师反思意识形成、增长教师实践性知识和构建教师学习共同体等方面具有积极意义。在实际教学工作中,大学英语教师可以采取加强课堂观察、开展校本研修、实施行动研究、参与案例研讨等途径实施行动学习。
Promoting college English teachers' professional development is an effective way to improve college English teaching quality.As a learning idea as well as a method,action learning plays an important way in shaping college English teachers' reflective thinking,in increasing teachers' practical knowledge and in constructing teachers' learning communities.In practical teaching,English teachers can implement action learning by classroom observation,school-based case discussion and cooperative action research.
