摘要 目的探讨启发式教学法在呼吸内科临床见习教学中的应用与效果。方法将2007级医疗本科呼吸内科临床见习学生72名随机分为试验组和对照组各36名,试验组采用启发式教学法;对照组采用传统的教学方法,采用多阶段理论测试、临床综合技能评价及问卷调查的方法评估教学效果。结果试验组多阶段理论考试成绩(t=2.585,P<0.05)、临床综合技能评价(t=3.566,P<0.01)显著优于对照组,试验组学生对各项教学效果评价较好。结论运用启发式教学法进行呼吸内科临床见习教学有利于提高学生的理论成绩及临床工作能力。 Objective To evaluate the heuristic method in clinical practice of respiratory medicine teaching and its effect.Methods Respiratory Medicine undergraduate clinical training of medical 72 of class 2007 students were randomly divided into a test group and a control group with 36 each,The experimental group used heuristic approach and the control group used traditional teaching methods.The measures of multi-stage theory testing,clinical comprehensive skills assessment and survey methods were assessed for teaching effectiveness.Results The multi-stage theory of group test scores(t=2.585,P0.05),and clinical comprehensive skills assessment(t=3.566,P0.01) were significantly better than the control group.The experimental group had good evaluation of teaching effectiveness.Conclusion The use of heuristic teaching method in teaching respiratory medicine is good in improving theoretical results and clinical skills.
