持续气道正压通气治疗小儿重症肺炎疗效观察 被引量:9

摘要 目的观察持续气道正压通气(CPAP)治疗小儿重症肺炎的疗效。方法将88例患儿随机分两组,比较两组患儿治疗前后的呼吸频率、心率、血氧饱和度的变化及总有效率。结果治疗组2 h、24 h后呼吸频率,心率减慢,血氧饱和度升高,与对照组比较有统计学意义(P<0.01),治疗组总有效率90.91%。结论 CPAP治疗可明显改善小儿重症肺炎的呼吸困难症状,提高氧合,是一种值得推广的治疗手段。
