摘要
本研究旨在探明领导风格和个人主动性之间存在的关系,采用多因素领导风格问卷(MLQ 5X)、工作相关的自我效能感问卷和个人主动性问卷调查了来自40个企业的255名员工和45名主管,结果发现:领导风格和个人主动性有着密切的关系;在对个人主动性的预测中,转换型领导在交易型领导的基础上产生了增量效度;自我效能感在领导风格和个人主动性之间的关系中起到了中介作用。结论:领导风格对个人主动性有着重要的影响作用,这种影响作用受到了自我效能感的调节。
In order to explore the relationship between leadership and personal initiative,255 employees and 45 managers from 40 sampled enterprises were surveyed by MLQ(5X),work-related self-efficiency questionnaire and personal initiative questionnaire.The results showed that leadership had close relationship with personal initiative,transformational leadership had augmentation validity based on transactional leadership in predicting personal initiative,self-efficacy played a mediator role in the relationship between leadership and personal initiative.In summary,Leadership had important influence on personal initiative and the influence process was mediated by self-efficacy.
