摘要 为了弥补传统以可靠性为中心的维修方法中未对人因可靠性进行分析的不足,本文提出了考虑人因可靠性的改进维修方法。该方法将人机整合系统作为分析对象,利用人因可靠性的分析方法对维修过程中的人因进行评估,以提高人机整合系统的可靠性为目标,为企业的维护决策及优化提供更系统和有效的方法论支持。该方法在石化企业选定装置的成功应用证明了其有效性,应用效果明显优于改进前。 In order to cover the shortage of traditional reliability-centered maintenance methods,which do not analyze human reliability,the present paper has proposed an improved maintenance method that considers human reliability.Making use of Human Reliability Analysis to evaluate human factor in the process of maintenance,the method takes Man-Machine system as its analytic target,and regards the improvement of Man-Machine System's reliability as its objective.The method provides more systematic and effective methodology for enterprises' maintenance strategy and its optimization.Its successful application to a petrochemical enterprise proved its effectiveness.The result is obviously better than before.
