工作不安全感的研究现状与展望 被引量:7

摘要 在不稳定的经济形式下,很多员工都存在工作不安全感,这种压力感受会对组织的绩效和员工自身产生很多不利影响,本文对这个领域内的研究进行了整理和归纳,介绍了工作不安全感的概念内涵,测量方法,回顾了其影响因素,并指出了现有研究的不足和未来的发展方向。
