双酚A在纳米羟基磷灰石修饰碳糊电极上的电化学行为及分析应用 被引量:2

Electrochemical Behavior of Bisphenol A at Nanohydroxyapatite Modified Carbon Paste Electrode and Its Analytical Application

摘要 制备了一种纳米羟基磷灰石修饰碳糊电极(Nano-HAP-CPE),并建立了一种灵敏、简便的检测双酚A(BPA)的电化学分析方法.采用循环伏安法(CA)、计时库仑法(CC)、线性扫描法(LSV)和差分脉冲伏安法(DPV)等研究了BPA在Nano-HAP-CPE电极上的电化学行为,得到电化学动力学参数并优化检测条件.结果表明:Nano-HAP-CPE电极对BPA有良好的富集作用,在pH7.0的磷酸盐缓冲溶液(PBS)中,BPA在0.468 V处有一个明显的氧化峰.在最佳条件下,氧化峰电流与BPA浓度在8.00×10-8~1.25×10-5mol/L范围呈线性关系,检出限4.50×10-8mol/L,并用此方法测定了聚碳酸酯塑料瓶中BPA的含量,回收率为96.10%~103.1%. A simple and high sensitive electroananlytical method for determination of bisphenol A(BPA) by using Nanohydroxyapatite(Nano-HAP) modified carbon paste electrode(CPE) was presented.The electrochemical oxidation behavior of BPA on the modified electrode was investigated by cyclic voltammetry(CV),chronocoulometry(CC),differential pulse voltammetry(DPV),and linear sweep voltammetry(LSV) and some kinetic parameters were obtained.The results showed that BPA was adsorbed effectively on the Nano-HAP-CPE in phosphate buffer solution(PBS) exhibiting a significant oxidation peak at 0.468 V.Under the optimal conditions,the oxidation peak current was proportional to BPA concentration in the range of 8.00×10-8~1.25×10-5 mol/L with the limit of detection of 4.50×10-8 mol/L.The method has been applied to determine bisphenol A in plastic product samples with satisfactory results.The recovery range was 96.10 % ~103.1 %.
