从马齿苋(Portulaca oleracea)乙酸乙酯提取物中分离得到4个化合物,经MS和NMR等波谱技术分析,并结合文献对照,确定其结构分别为谷甾-4-烯-3-醇(1),谷甾-5-烯-3-醇(2),friedelan-4-αmethyl-3-βOH(3)和β-胡萝卜甙(4),其中化合物1,2,4为首次从该类植物中分离.初步评价了化合物3的抗肿瘤活性.

Four known compounds cholest-4-en-3βol （1）, cholest-5-en-3β-ol （2）, friedelan-4α-methyl-3βOH （3） and ffsitosterol 3-O-β-D-glucopyranoside （4） were isolated from the ethyl acetate extraction of Portulaca oleracea. Their structures were elucidated on the basis of MS and NMR spectral data. Compounds 1, 2, and 4 were isolated from this plant for the first time. The anti-tumor activity of compound 3 was preliminarily evaluated.
