基于GIS的城市规划管理信息系统研究

随着城市信息化水平的不断提高,城市化进程和城市建设步伐的加快,建立基于GIS的城市规划管理信息系统势在必行。本文以ArcGIS 9.2平台中的ArcGIS Engine 9.2模块为基础,结合NET Framework2.0、C#和Geodatabase技术对系统功能模块进行开发实践,设计出了集图、文、表管理一体化的控制性详细规划管理信息系统,体现规划管理业务办公的规范化、标准化和科学化,为城市规划的管理监督提供一个现代化、智能化的范式。

With the economic and social development,the unceasing enhancement in urban informationalization,urbanization advancement and quickening urban construction steps,it is imperative to set up a Base-on GIS urban planning management information system.Taking ArcGIS Engine 9.2 Within ArcGIS as a foundation,,the writer of this article,tries to combine such complicated elements such as 9.2 RPG module net Framework 2.0,C#,Geodatabase technology for technology and system functional modules,as well as chart-exploiting designs,and table management integrating detailed regulatory planning management information system.Then this paper embodies planning management business office normalization,standardization and scientific for urban planning management,supervision for the purpose of providing a modern and intelligent paradigm for the reader＇s references.
