摘要
为研究三角中空锦纶丝差别化纤维的性能,选择以三角中空锦纶、圆形中空锦纶、普通锦纶丝为原料的18种无缝针织物,采用正交方法建立试验方案,对其进行热湿舒适性能的对比试验。根据极差分析及最优化组合得出结论,三角中空锦纶丝无缝针织物,在透气性、透湿性、保暖性方面均好于普通锦纶无缝针织物。
In order to research performance of triangle hollow polyamide,this project selects 18 type of seamless knitted fabrics made of common polyamide,triangle hollow polyamide or circular hollow polyamide, and selects orthogonal experiment to establish experiment plan,to contrast wet-hot comfort of different fabric.According to analysis of range and combinatorial optimization,we draw a conclusion,which is that the performance of triangle hollow polyamide seamless knitted fabric is better than common polyamide seamless fabric in permeability,moisture-penetrability and thermal retention.
