美国初任教师教学实用艺术探析

摘要 美国关于初任教师教学实用艺术的研究起步较早,在长期的教师教育改革与实践探索中,已经初步形成了稳定、有效、独具特色的初任教师实用艺术。探究美国初任教师教学实用艺术及特点,可以有效促进我国初任教师的发展并提供些许借鉴。
