世界城市视野下北京构建国际商贸中心的系统谋略

经济全球化浪潮下,开放、创新、可持续发展已成为当今世界发展的主题,同时也加快了各国城市向世界城市迈进的步伐。然而城市的发展也带来了一系列的城市问题,如能源、资源紧缺日益加剧等"城市病"的出现。北京必须站在世界城市的高度、以全球化的视野,系统化、全方位地将北京打造成国际商贸中心城市,使其具有规模化、社会化、专业化、现代化和国际影响力等特质。本文客观地总结了北京在建设中心城市的进程中具有的资源优势及与世界中心城市的差距,在世界城市视野下进一步提出构建国际商贸中心的系统谋略。

Economic globalization accelerates the pace towards world cities, with the promoting of the social economy and national competition ability, the urban development brings a series of city disease. For example, energy and resources shortage is growing etc. Therefore, Beijing must stand on the height of the world＇s cities, it must been built into an international trade center city using global vision, systematic and comprehensive way, it has scale, social, professional, modern and international influence characteristics etc This paper reviews the resource advantage of Beijing and the gap between Beijing and center city of world, puts forward the system strategy of Beijing international commerce and trade center construct with a global view.
