An Analysis of the Problem of Climate Change

西方国家所谓"气候变化"问题缺乏事实和科学依据,并不是科学定论,温室气体不能决定气候变化。西方发达国家炒作"气候变化"的目的是向发展中国家特别是中国挥舞大棒,确保其能源安全和世界霸权。气候变化问题已经从科学家间的争论发展成为国际政治博弈和经济竞争的焦点,有关气候变化的国际谈判变成对温室气体排放空间和发展权益的争夺。中国和其他发展中国家要认清气候变化问题的本质,从国情和发展阶段出发,处理好经济发展与保护环境的关系。

The so-called ＂climate change＂ is short of factual and scientific basis,and it is not the last word in science.Climate change is not dependable on greenhouse gases.Western powers makes the most of ＂climate change＂ to wield a big stick in front of the developing countries,especially China,so as to ensure their energy security and global hegemony.The problem of ＂climate change＂ has developed into the focus of international political gaming and economic competition,but at the very beginning,it is confined only to the controversy among scientists.International negotiation related to climate change has become a struggle for gases emission volume and developmental interests.China and other developing countries are required to identify the essence of the problem of climate change,and in the perspective of the characteristics of our state and the stage China＇s development is in,deal appropriately the relation between the economic development and the protection of environment.
