摘要
业务外包是酒店增强核心竞争力的有效途径之一,然而这一目标的实现取决于酒店对业务外包决策风险的控制。通过对酒店业务外包项目的介绍,提出了酒店业务外包决策风险识别的方法,并进一步阐述了酒店业务外包决策风险控制策略,即准确掌握酒店业务外包的内外条件,明确酒店需要外包的业务,充分评估酒店业务外包决策维度及正确制定酒店业务外包策略。
Outsourcing is one of the effective approaches to enhance hotels' core competitive ability.However,its realization depends on the control of the decision-making risk of hotel outsourcing.Through the introduction of the items of hotel outsourcing,the ways of identifying the decision-making risk of hotel outsourcing are put forward and the strategies of controlling the decision-making risk of hotel outsourcing are demonstrated further,which refers to the precise master of inner and outer conditions of hotel outsourcing,target of the business of hotel outsourcing,full assessment of the decisive dimensions of hotel outsourcing and correct formulation of hotel outsourcing strategies
