Hu Jin-tao＇s concept of times,an inheritance and development of Marxism,is put forward by the new central leading collective at the new century and new stage,which is a new theory of Marxism-Sinolization of combining the actual situation and guiding the future development in China.The concept that includes the contents of profound changes,harmonious world,common development,responsibility sharing and active participation provides a new perspective for us to take Communist Manifesto as the key link,judge the social development situation,promote social progress and achieve all humanity liberation in the new situation.
