马拉美在《一个牧神的午后》中通过梦境、乐境、语境三种艺术方式的合而为一,充分表现了他对诗歌"纯粹的本质"的刻意追求,显示了他捕捉的艺术之美是一种流动的、不确定的、转瞬即逝的心灵境界。
Mallarme merged three art patterns which are dreamland,musical plane attained and context into a single whole in his The Afternoon of Faun.It fully presented his painstakingly pursuing of the "pure essence" for poems and also embodied that his captured art beauty is a kind of spiritual plane attained which is flowing,indefinite and fleeting with time.
