T波改变在平板运动试验中的价值 被引量：3

摘要 平板运动试验（TET）是诊断冠心病最简单、最经济的无创性检查方法之一[1]。平板运动试验阳性标准：①运动中或运动后发作典型心绞痛；②运动中或运动后出现缺血性ST段下降≥0．10mV，持续2min以上；⑧运动中血压下降。其中未提及T波变化的意义。我们对56例TET后T波改变者进行冠脉造影，
