摘要
甘蔗作为制糖工业原料,其加工路径单一,产业稳定性和抗风险能力较低。酿酒甘蔗种质的开发利用,能够为甘蔗生产提供多加工用途的甘蔗品种,提高甘蔗种植效益,促进农民增收。科学合理地开发利用优异酿酒甘蔗种质也可以有效发挥甘蔗种质资源库的作用和潜力,积极有效地保护现有甘蔗种质资源。
When using sugarcane as a raw material for cane sugar industry, the available processing method is limited, which causes the whole industry unstable and liable to risks. Exploiting sugarcane germplasm for liquor making could provide varied varieties for multi-function processing applications, improve economic effect of cane growing and increase income for cane growers. It can also make more efficient exploitation, and more active protection, of current germplasm resources.
