16种药剂对甘蔗黑色蔗龟幼虫的室内生物活性测定 被引量:1

摘要 通过室内生测试验,研究了16种药剂对甘蔗黑色蔗龟幼虫的生物活性。其中特丁硫磷、甲基异柳磷、克百威、辛硫磷、二嗪磷和嘧啶磷等药剂对突背蔗龟活性相对较高,LD50值为1.0065~2.1876μg/头;乐果、毒死蜱、丁硫克百威、西维因、氯氰菊酯、甲拌磷、地虫硫磷和敌百虫等的LD50值为3.0652~10.7687μg/头。通过研究表明,高毒农药与中、低毒农药之间对黑色蔗龟的生物活性无明显差异,具有开发成为替代高毒农药新产品的潜力。 Bioessay of 16 Pesticides in laboratory was conducted to test their biological activity to the larvae of Alissonotum impressicolle Arrow. The result showed that Terbufos, Isofenphos-methyl, Carbonfuran, Phoxim, Diazinon, Pirimiphos-ethyl were highly active, with LD50 from 1.0065 to 2.1876 μg per head. The LD50 of Dimethoate, Chlorpyrfos, Carbosulfan, Carbaryl, Cypermethrin, Phorate, Fonofos, Trichlorphon were between 3.0652 and 10.7687 μg per head. The study revealed that there's no significant difference between high-toxic and low-toxic pesticides in their biological activity to Alissonotum impressicolle Arrow, and therefore that low-toxic pesticides are potential substitutes to high-toxic pesticides.
