摘要
味精发酵液经冷冻等电点法提取谷氨酸后排放的母液具有COD高、BOD高、硫酸根含量高以及pH值低的特点,每生产1 t味精,大约要排出5 t提取谷氨酸后的母液。通过浓缩,采用连续结晶方法,严格控制pH、真空、密度、液位、温度,通过两级调控、两级结晶而制造出高产量高质量的硫酸铵肥料,含氮量≥19%(干基计),回收率达到50%~55%(以发酵总酸计),取得一定的环境效益和经济效益。
Monosodium glutamate (MSG) broth by extraction of frozen glutamate isoelectric point of the mother liquor after the discharge has a feature characterized by its high COD, BOD, high sulfate content and low pH values. To produce 1 ton of MSG about 5 tons of liquor after the extraction of glutamic acid will be discharged. In this paper, concentrated, continuous crystallization method was employed, strict control of pH, vacuum, density, level, temperature was conducted via two control and two-stage crystallization to produce high yields of high-quality ammonium sulfate fertilizer with nitrogen content ≥ 19% (dry basis Dollars), and the recovery rate was 50%- 55% (of total acid). A certain degree of environmental and economic benefits was achieved.
