摘要
实现燃料组件的高燃耗是提高燃料利用率、降低燃料循环成本的基础。在高燃耗燃料组件设计中,一系列关键问题集中在锆合金材料的多方面性能上。本文从腐蚀性能、氢吸收量、辐照生长、辐照蠕变、机械性能等主要方面评述了锆合金的发展状况。揭示了合金成分筛选、加工工艺优化的带有规律性的要求和锆合金这一多元体系中各要素之间既对立又统一的辩证关系,展望了新锆合金再开发、再创新的方向。
Achievement of the fuel assembly high-burnup is basis for enhancing the fuel utilization and decreasing the fuel cyclic cost. During design of the high-burnup fuel assembly,a series of key factors focus on muhiplieate properties of the zirconium alloy material. This paper reviewed the status of zirconi- um alloy development from its corrosion, hydrogen content,irradiation growth,irradiation creep and mechenical properties, and revealed regular requirements for composition selection and process optimization of the alloy. The paper also revealed the dialectical relation among these essential factors in the poly- nary system of zirconium alloy, and prospected the direction of redeveloping and reinnovating for new zirconium alloy .
