摘要
AP1000安全壳顶封头是钢制椭圆大型构件,具有厚度较薄,重量大,形状特殊,吊装容易变形等特点。本文中运用SAP2000有限元分析软件对顶封头的吊装进行了多组模拟研究,分析采用不同吊点时顶封头应力和变形的变化趋势,从而拟舍得到最大应力和最大变形的变化曲线,以选取最优吊装点,并提出了两种改进的吊装方法。
AP1000 steel containment vessel top head is an ellipse head,with great volume, great gravi- ty and thin thickness. This paper gave a simulation for the handling of top head using SAP2000 finite element analysis, to find out the varying trend of stresses and displacements with adapting diverse altitudes of lifting positions settled on the head and the optimum lifting point. As a result, two improved handling methods were put forward, which have a practical significance for AP1000 containment vessel assembly project.
