摘要
采用原子荧光分光光度法测定饲料中硒的含量,结果表明:该法与国标法测定结果无显著性差异,且大大缩短了样品的前处理时间。当样品浓度在0.01~0.05μg/mL,样品浓度与峰高有良好的线性关系,回收率达到97.3%。
The paper applied Atomic Fluorescence Spectrometry method to determine the content of selenium in feeds.The result showed that there wasn′t significant difference between the method and GB,it also shortened greatly the time of dispose samples.There was a good linear relationship between concentration and peak height when the concentration of sample was at a rang from 0.01 to 0.05 μg/mL,the recovery rate was 97.3%.
