摘要
以2007级环境工程专业学生为实验对象,研究基础生物化学实验教学改革的效果。结果表明:优化实验内容,加重综合性、设计性实验比例,注重课前有效预习,改革教学方式以及考核方式,可提高教学效果,使学生的实验技能明显提高。
Some new teaching measures had been taken in the students of 2007 grade as the experimental subject in basic biochemical experiment course.The results showed that all the measures,such as optimizing experimental content,increasing the ratio of integrated and designing experiment,emphasizing on previewing experiment,reforming the class teaching mode and evaluation methods,could improve the teaching effect and train the basic experimental skill of the students.
