摘要
同时采用甲基紫法和磷含量法测定配合饲料混合均匀度,结果表明:甲基紫法和磷含量法测定的变异系数分别为3.675%和4.237%,差异不显著(P>0.05);而磷含量法测定的变异系数的变异系数显著低于甲基紫法(P<0.05)。
This experiment simultaneously used methyl violet and phosphorus content to determine mix uniformity of mixed feed.The results indicated the coefficient of variation with methyl violet and phosphorus contain was 3.675% and 4.237%,respectively.The difference was not remarkable（P0.05）,but the CV of phosphorus contain′s CV was remarkably lower than that of methyl violet′s（P0.05）.
