摘要
通过阐述我国城市森林公园的发展历程和发展现状,与国外城市森林公园进行对比,得出我国城市森林公园应借鉴之处。结合对准公共物品的供给运营方式、利益相关者问题的研究以及理论分析制度对于我国城市森林公园的必要性,进一步具体提出我国城市森林公园的制度设计应做到的5个方面。
Through elaborating the development and situation of the urban forest park in China,comparing with the foreign urban forest pard,the useful references for those in China were achieved.The research of operation ways of public goods supply and stakeholder review helped to get the necessity of institution for urban forest park by theoretical analysis and further five specific aspects should be done for urban forest park in China.
