Research on the Effect of Embryo Transfer in De Rou Mei Meat Sheep

2003—2005年,同期发情处理德肉美供体母羊60只,发情59只,同期发情率达98.33%;同期发情处理受体母羊385只,发情369只,同期发情率达95.84%。2003年超排处理德肉美供体母羊14只,查黄体145个,采用输卵管冲胚技术回收卵138枚,回收率95.17%,可用胚127枚,移植鲜胚127枚,移植受体羊100只,受胎率57%。2004—2005年超排处理德肉美供体母羊46只,查黄体492个,采用子宫冲胚技术回收卵398枚,回收率80.89%,有效胚318枚,移植鲜胚208枚,鲜胚移植受体羊186只,受胎率55.91%;制作冻胚110枚,移植冻胚100枚,冻胚移植受体羊80只,未返情受体羊数42只,受胎率51.50%。

From 2003 to 2005,the 60 De Rou Mei donors were carried out synchronization of estrus,and among them,59 donors were in the state of synchronization of estrus,the rate of synchronization of estrus was 98.33%.The 385 recipients were also carried out synchronization of estrus,among them,369 recipients were in the state of synchronization of estrus,the rate of synchronization of estrus was 95.84%.In 2003 carried out the super ovulation to the 14 De Rou Mei donors,acquiring 145 Yellow body in the Ovary and 138 embryos that were collected by the technique of flushing embryos at the oviduct tube,the rate of collecting was 95.17%.Among them,there were 127 available embryos that all transfer by fresh embryo to the 100 recipients,the pregnancy rate was 57%.From 2004 to 2005,carried out the super ovulation to the 46 De Rou Mei donors,acquiring 492 Yellow body in the Ovary and 398 embryos that embryo was collected by the technique of flushing embryos at the Womb,the rate of collecting was 80.89%.Among them,there were 318 available embryos,208 embryos were transferred by fresh embryo to 186 recipients,the pregnancy rate was 55.91%.110 embryos were frozen and 100 frozen embryos were transfer to the 80 recipients,among them,42 recipients were not to return the state of synchronization of estrus,the pregnancy rate was 51.50%.
