摘要
2010年3月,昌吉市一绵羊(陶赛特)群羔羊(共有118只)发生羊巴氏杆菌病,共死亡22只(致死率为18.6%)。微生物学方法和PCR分析确定分离提纯的病原为多杀性巴氏杆菌。其药敏试验(WTO推荐的纸片扩散法)结果表明:头孢曲松、头孢他啶、多西环素、土霉素和阿米卡星可优先选用,而林可霉素、氨苄青霉素、青霉素和链霉素不宜选用。药敏试验结果指导下的综合治疗措施收效显著。
118 lambs in a flock of sheep(Dorset)were suffered from pasteurellosis and 22 were dead of the disease altogether(the mortality rate was 18.6%)in Changji City,in March,2010.The isolated pathogen was purified,and identified as Pasteurella multocida by microbiological tests and PCR assays.The results of drug-susceptibility testing(the disk-diffusion test recommended by WTO)of the bacterium indicated that the selection and usage of Ceftriaxone,Ceftazidime,Doxycycline,Oxytetracycline and Amikacin had priority over the others for curing the disease,and Lincomycin,Ampicillin,Benzylpenicillin and Streptomycin were not suitable for treating the disease.Comprehensive management steps under the guidance of the testing results were performed and the treatment effects were significant.
