摘要
在探讨农村土地综合整治与土地流转关系的基础上,分析了湖南省农村土地综合整治和土地流转的现状,总结了全省农村土地综合整治过程中土地流转存在的问题,并提出科学合理的针对性建议。以全国开展农村土地综合整治项目为契机,有力推进农村土地流转健康、有序地发展,以期将农村土地综合整治和农村土地流转更加有效结合,发挥合力,进一步推动湖南省农村经济社会发展。
This paper analyzed the situation of rural land circulation and rural land remediation after discussing the relationship between them,summarized the problems of rural land circulation in rural land remediation of Hunan Province.Some scientific and reasonable solutions were put forward.In the moment of carrying out the rural land remediation nationally,rural land circulation would be promoted healthly and orderly.The paper intended to combine them effectively and boosted the economy and society developments in countryside of Hunan Province.
