摘要
气管插管非计划性拔管（Unplanned Extubation，UEX）是指未经医护人员同意患者将插管白行拔出，或其他原因造成的插管脱落，又称意外拔管，非计划拔管可导致通气不足、缺氧、误吸、呼吸困难、气道损伤、窒息等严重后果。
