炎症性肠病和肠易激综合征相关性研究进展 被引量：2

摘要 炎症性肠病（IBD）是一组病因未明的慢性肠道炎症性疾病,一般指溃疡性结肠炎（UC）和克罗恩病（CD）。肠易激综合征（IBS）是一种临床常见的胃肠功能紊乱性疾病。一般来说两种疾病发病机制、临床表现及预后均不相同。
