摘要
利用扩展有限元方法研究了飞机外蒙皮埋头钉孔划窝角度和深度对蒙皮裂纹扩展寿命的影响,对工程常用的标准埋头钉孔构型进行了裂纹扩展分析.分析结果表明,埋头钉孔划窝会减少蒙皮结构的寿命,但随着蒙皮厚度增加,划窝的影响逐渐减小.分析结论和数据可用于对蒙皮结构寿命工程估算的修正.
Based on XFEM method,the influence of the countersink angle and depth on the crack growth speed of airplane skin was studied,the crack growth analysis of standard countersink hole patterns were performed by using XFEM.The result shows that rivet hole of countersink will reduce the life of the skin structure and this influence will be weakened with the increasing thickness of the skin.The result can be used to correct the life prediction of skin structure in engineering.
