摘要
研究了低碳贝氏体Q550D钢板粗晶区冲击性能随t8/5的变化规律,发现粗晶区在进行焊后热处理时存在2个脆化温度区间及在500℃附近进行焊后热处理时具有较高的冲击性能,从而确定了首钢50mm厚Q550D钢板的最佳焊后热处理制度为520℃×1.5h。
The article studied the relationship between the impact ductility of coarse grain zone and t8/5. The results indicated that there are two brittle temperatures and the impact ductility of coarse grain zone is higher , when the postweld heat treatment temperature is around 500℃. The research of postweld heat treatment to actual welding plates showed that 520℃×1.5 h is the optimal postweld heat treatment regime of Q550D.
