摘要
介绍首钢京唐公司海水脱硫工艺原理及技术特点,以300Mw(混烧30%高炉煤气)发电供热汽轮机组为例,分析了海水脱硫经济性,单位脱硫成本为0.66分/(kW·h);评估了对海洋环境的影响,通过1年的水质监测,排水水质达到GB3097-1997《海水水质标准》二级标准。
Technical principle and characteristic of sea-water desulfurization are introduced by taking 300 MW power plant which can burn 30% BFG (max) as auxiliary fuel for example. Economic cost of sea-water desulfurization is also considered, that is 1. lfen/(kW.h). The influence of marine environment is addressed by one-year water quality monitoring. The wastewater quality reached the standard of grade Ⅱ of national marine water quality.
