基于BSC的我国大中型化工企业综合竞争力评价

An Evaluation on Overall Competitive Power for the BSC-based Large & Medium-scale Chemical Enterprises in China

化工是一个国家基础性产业之一。加强化工企业运营管理,提升化工企业竞争力在国内外有许多成功经验。基于BSC(平衡记分卡)的我国大中型化工企业综合竞争力评价方法通过确定企业发展愿景,构建企业发展战略、设计评价指标以及求指标权重等多维度提升企业核心竞争力,可以将其作为企业战略管理体系的重要部分,同时也为我国化工企业提高核心竞争力指明了方向。

First the status of competition in the domestic chemical industry is analyzed, and measures to enhance competitive power are introduced to chemical enterprises at home and abroad, and then integrated competitive power evaluation methods of chemical companies are reviewed. Finally, suggestions are put forward for overall competitive power evaluation for the large ＆ medium-scale chemical enterprises in China.
