复杂难选高磷鲕状赤铁矿提铁降磷试验研究 被引量:16

摘要 鄂西高磷鲕状赤铁矿构造独特、粒度微细、含磷高达0.85%,属极其难选铁矿石。目前采用常规选矿工艺很难获得合格铁精矿。试验研究表明:采用还原磁化焙烧—弱磁选—阴离子反浮选工艺流程可获得产率56.20%、品位TFe 61.88%、含P 0.25%、铁回收率79.95%的铁精矿,对开发同类或类似复杂难选高磷铁矿具有参考借鉴指导意义。 The high-phosphorus oolite hematite from western Hubei province has particular texture(oolite).As the phosphorus content amounts 0.85%,the iron ore belongs to a high-phosphorous refractory ore,which can not be satisfactorily processed by conventional method.Using the processing flowsheet of reduction magnetization roasting,low intensity magnetic separation and negative ion reverse flotation,an iron concentrate of TFe 61.88% with a recovery of 79.95% containing P 0.25% was obtained with a yield of 56.20%.It brought forth a novel solution for the exploitation and utilization of analogous high-phosphorus hematite ore resources.
