摘要
对某易泥化褐铁矿进行了选矿试验研究。根据矿石性质,对比了三种流程,其中分级—磁选(+0.03mm粒级直接磁选,-0.03 mm粒级絮凝强磁选)可获产率42.53%、TFe 52.99%、回收率55.80%的铁精矿。
The beneficiation tests for a slimed limonite ore were carried out.Based on the characteristic of the slimed limonite ore,three magnetic separation technologies of high-intensity magnetic separation,high-intensity magnetic separation and reverse flotation,classification and high-intensity magnetic separation were compared.When using the technology of high-intensity magnetic separation for +0.03 mm and flocculation and high-intensity magnetic separation for-0.03 mm,an ore concentrate of TFe 52.99% with a recovery of 55.08% and a yield of 42.53% was obtained.
