为了获得良好的浮选结果,在浮选过程中有必要精确添加各种浮选药剂。加药机起添加药剂的作用,它的药剂添加精度将决定浮选效果好坏。综述了加药机的发展历程,介绍了电磁阀式加药机和计量泵式加药机的原理和结构,预测了自动加药机的发展前景。
In order to get good results in flotation process,adding various flotation reagents is necessary.Reagent feeder is used for adding various flotation reagents,and its accuracy of reagent feeding will determine flotation results.In this article,research status on development process of reagent feeder had reviewed.The principle and configuration of solenoid valve reagent feeder and metering pump reagent feeder were presented.And the development prospects of automatic reagent feeder were forecasted
