大同市基层医务工作中对妇女生殖道感染及性传播疾病防治状况调查

An Investigation about the Situation of Preventing Women's Reproductive Tract Infections and Sexually Transmitted Disease in Grassroots Medical Works of Datong

目的:了解基层医务工作中对妇女生殖道感染及性传播疾病的防治状况。方法:采取单纯随机方法抽取36名基层医务人员进行访谈和问卷调查。结果:近半数医务人员表示其接诊的生殖道感染/性传播疾病有上升趋势,77.8%受访者遇到过难治或反复发作的生殖道感染或性传播疾病,36.1%医务人员曾由于不具备诊疗条件将患者转诊,30.6%医务人员没有同时对患者的性伴侣进行诊治。结论:在对妇女生殖道感染及性传播疾病的防治中,仍存在一些问题,如一些基层医疗保健机构不具备诊治条件,不能保证患者的性伴侣得到规范、有效地治疗等。对此医疗机构和医务人员必须予以重视,致力于降低生殖道感染和性传播疾病的发病率。

Objective： To learn the situation of preventing women＇s reproductive tract infections and sexually transmitted disease in grassroots medical works of Datong. Method： Interview and questionnaire survey were conducted among 36 grassroots medical workers selected by a simple random method. Result： Nearly half of the respondents claimed the rate of women＇s reproductive tract infections and sexually transmitted disease was on the upward trend, and 77.8% of them ever met some stubborn or recurrent cases. 36.1% of them ever put the patients into a trans-hospital treatment because of the lack of cure conditions. Besides, 30.6% of the selected medical workers weren＇ t making treatment of their clients＇ sexual partners. Conclusion： Several problems exist in the preventing work of women＇s reproductive tract infections and sexually transmitted disease, such as the lack of cure conditions in some grassroots health care organizations, and the uncertainty of a standard and effective treatment to the sufferers＇ sexual partners. Thus, serious attention should be exert to reduce the incidence of women＇s reproductive tract infections and sexually transmitted disease.
