摘要
本文先阐述了相位干涉仪的基本原理,通过理论分析得出相位干涉仪所在平面与目标所在平面存在俯仰角的情况下会产生不同程度的误差,并根据试验数据验证了该误差的存在及误差的大小;最后根据相位干涉仪在不同领域的应用提出了一些应对这种误差的方法。
The basic principle of the phase interferometer is firstly presented, then, an error with different degree may be caused by the elevation existed between the plane where the phase interferometer is in and the plane where the target is in by theory analyzing. The tested data verifies existence and magnitude of the error; Finally, some methods for solving these errors are presented according to application of the phase interferometer in different fields.
