摘要 介绍了Gallina二自由度丝杠螺母副动力学模型及稳定性判据,结合某产品升降机构参数,分析该机构的稳定性,针对故障案例,探讨丝杠螺母副运转中摩擦系数的变化对升降机构稳定性的影响及控制措施。 Gallina two-degree-of-freedom screw-nut auxiliary dynamics model and stability criteria are introduced. And the stability of this mechanism is analyzed by combining parameters of a product elevating mechanism. Aim at failure cases, the effect on the elevating mechanism caused by friction coefficient change in screw-nut auxiliary op- eration and control measures is discussed.
