摘要
本文介绍了一种用于S波段固态发射机中功率检测的微带检波器设计方法及测试结果。用ADS和Ansoft Designer软件分别进行仿真与优化,给出检波器的原理图和仿真结果,整个微带电路加工在Rogers RT/duroid 6002基片上。用matlab软件对实测数据进行分析,经测试,设计的检波器在频带范围内线性度好,电压灵敏度高于1900mv/mw、带内波动比小于10%。
A design method of microstrip detector for power detection in S-band solid-state transmitter and its test results are presented. The simulation and optimization are carried out respectively with software of ADS and Ansoft Designer, then, the circuit principle diagram of the detector and simulation results are given. The complete micros- trip circuit is processed on Rogers RT/duroid 6002 substrate. The measured data is analyzed with MATLAB, and the tested results show that the designed detector has excellent linearity within frequency band range, and its voltage sensitivity is higher than 1900mv/mw, and the in -band fluctuation ratio is lower than 10%.
