摘要
采用中水回用、尿素解析液和低变冷凝液进尿素循环水3项技术,在原处理能力125 m3/hMBR工艺污水处理的基础上,对公司污水处理系统进行了改造和完善。经过2010年全年的实践,证明3项技术改造成功,污水处理站外排水量从120 m3/h降至70 m3/h,为公司节约236.96万元/a。
Based on the 135 m^3/h MBR wastewater treatment process, we used the water rease, urea and low-resolution liquid condensate into urea cycle technologies to modify and improve the original processing system. After all year of 2001 practice, the outside drainage of wastewater treatment plant reduced from 120 m^3/h to 70 m3/h. This saved 2 369 600 yuan per a year for our plant.
