摘要
为了更好的利用海洋资源,提高海域使用管理的科学性和维护海域使用的可持续发展,本文设计实现了海域使用综合管理系统。以往的海域管理类系统大多采用C/S架构或者B/S与C/S混合架构,信息共享程度低,数据管理更新速度慢。该系统采用B/S架构,应用W ebG IS开发技术,实现了分布式的多数据源的数据管理和集成。该系统在实现一般海域管理类系统功能的基础上,增加了图文双向查询特色,使用户对信息的查询和获取更加直观,提高了海域管理的效率;同时融合了多种数据库,能够为海域使用的管理者提供辅助决策支持功能。
In order to make advantages of marine resources, improve the scientific management of sea area use and maintain the sustain- able development of marine resources,the design of a Sea Area Use Integrative Management system was done. The B/S architecture and WebGIS technology were adopted in the system, realizing the distributed and multi-source data management and integration. The image-text query and back ward function on the basis of realizing marine management systems'general functions were increased in the system. This enables users to query and access information more intuitively and improve the efficiency of marine management. In addition ,it integrates a variety of databases and can provide the decision support for the managers.
