溶液插层法膨胀石墨/硅橡胶复合材料的热性能研究 被引量:5

摘要 利用溶液插层法制备了膨胀石墨/硅橡胶(EG/VMQ)导热复合材料,对比普通熔融共混法研究了EG/VMQ的热稳定性。将碳纤维(CF)、SiC、BN、Al2O3等作为第三组分加入到EG/VMQ体系中,考察了第三组分对复合材料热稳定性和热空气老化性能的影响。结果表明,溶液插层法(最大质量损失速率对应温度Tmax为555.8℃)在改善EG/VMQ复合材料热稳定性方面优于普通熔融共混法(Tmax为527℃);第三组分CF在提高溶液插层法EG/VMQ复合材料的热稳定性(Tmax为561℃)和热空气老化性能方面均优于其它填料。 Solution intercalation was used to prepare the EG/VMQ thermally conductive compo-sites.In contrast with the conventional compo-sites prepared by melt mixing,the thermal stability of the composites was studied.The third component(such as CF,SiC,BN and Al2O3 et al.) was added into solution intercalation prepared EG/VMQ systems to study the thermal stability and hot air aging performance.It was found that solution intercalation prepared VMQ/EG(Tmax,555.8 ℃) showed higer thermal stability than melt mixing method(Tmax,527 ℃).And CF furtherly improved the thermal stability(Tmax,561 ℃) and hot air aging performance of solution intercalation prepared VMQ/EG composites.
