摘要
采用直接凝聚法制备了粉末氯丁橡胶PCR244,并讨论了凝聚剂种类和用量、隔离剂种类和用量、凝聚温度以及凝聚体系的pH值对PCR244粉末化效果的影响。研究表明,在低温条件下凝聚所得粉末氯丁橡胶的成粉率高,溶解速率快,且粘结强度高。
Powdered chloroprene rubber PCR244 was prepared by direct coagulation process,and the effects of kind and amount of coagulating agent,kind and amount of separating agent,coagulation temperature and pH value of coagulating system on powdered ratio of chloroprene rubber PCR244 were studied.The results showed that powdered ratio and bond strength of powdered chloroprene rubber PCR244 obtained under low temperature were higher,and dissolution rate of that was faster.
